As well as offering salary levels that are competitive within the insurance industry, there are a number of other benefits that employees of the Congregational currently enjoy.
Bonus Scheme
Dependent upon company performance, an annual Bonus Scheme is operated by the Congregational which may provide employees with a yearly bonus in addition to their normal remuneration level.
Holiday Entitlement
The minimum holiday entitlement for full-time employees is 20 days per annum. However, this basic entitlement can be higher for certain employees depending upon the nature and level of their position. Additional days are awarded relating to length of service with the company.
Staff Discounts
Members of staff are eligible to take advantage of Congregational insurance products at specially discounted premiums.
