Making a Claim
If you need to make a claim on your Congregational policy, simply click on the relevant link below for help and advice plus how to obtain a claim form. We aim to respond to all claims and correspondence within five working days. Please refer to your Policy Booklet to determine whether or not the nature of your particular claim is covered.
If you have mislaid or require a copy of your policy booklet, click on the Policy Documents link below to download a copy or request a replacement. To ensure you obtain the correct policy details, you will need reference of your policy number.
