Tax Strategy

Integra Insurance Solutions Limited (‘Integra’) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hannover Rück SE. 

For 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, Integra has adopted the Tax Strategy of Hannover Rück SE as set out in the attached document.

Integra regards the publication of this tax strategy as complying with the duty under paragraph 19(2) Schedule 19 of the Finance Act 2016
